Cancellation:
For any orders cancelled, there is a 10% booking charge. We will offer a full refund except for the 10% booking charge provided that the furniture has not been delivered. If necessary, collection fee will apply.
Delivery:
Your delivery will be made to the front door of your house as per our policy. We do not deliver inside homes. If you request delivery inside, any damage caused will be your responsibility.
For some orders we may us an external courier service, if this does not suit please let us know.
For customers who would like the removal of rubbish and assembly of furniture there is a fee. If you would like this service please email the furniture suite you are interested with delivery address and we can advise a charge. Email follows: info@eurogardenandhome.com.
We will give 24hours notice that we will be delivering. Please let us know if you are not available for delivery on that day we are planning to deliver.
Refusal of delivery after previously being arranged 24 hours earlier will result in a £50 rescheduling fee.
Delivery in Northern Ireland and Ireland only. We do not deliver to mainland UK.
Tuscany Guarantee:
Tuscany Garden Furniture is guaranteed for a period of 10 years from date of full payment against any structural defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship of the cast aluminium or tubular metal parts with the exception of moving parts (e.g mechanisms)
This does not include general wear and tear of outdoor furniture left unprotected outside.
Rattan furniture is handwoven with fibre strands. There may be strand ends that appear whilst rattan furniture is in use. This is not a fault and can be easily rectified by reworking the strand so that the end is tucked back within the frame.
Our cushions are designed for indoor and outdoor use and are resistant against light showers. Covers can be easily cleaned. Euro Garden and Home cannot be held responsible for cushion fabrics and fillings which have been damaged over a period of time.
We use tempered glass that complies with UK and EU safety regulations. We do not offer a guarantee on glass as the fragile nature of any glass product means if any undue pressure is applied the glass will break.
In warm weather the Rattan under the glass will sag, this is designed to do this and once cooled will return to its original shape.
To protect your furniture longevity, we strongly recommend when not in use all furniture should be covered by the appropriate cover. Please look at our range of covers: www.eurogardenandhome.com/covers.

Oakmount Guarantee:
Oakmount Garden Furniture is guaranteed for a period of 3 years from date of full payment against any structural defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship of the extruded aluminium.
This does not include general wear and tear of outdoor furniture left unprotected outside.
The Oakmount range is made from extruded aluminium and will not rust. Extruded Aluminium will mark if under excess heat from cigarette smoke or hot glasses leaving burn marks. A Polywood Table will mark if under excess heat from cigarette smoke or hot glasses magnifying on the table top.

Parisian Guarantee:
Parisian Garden Furniture is guaranteed for a period of 10 years from date of full payment against any structural defect resulting from faulty materials or workmanship of the cast aluminium.

The Parisian range is made from 100% recycled aluminium and all bolts are made from Stainless Steel meaning that the set is rust free.
Cushions and parasols (when applicable) are not waterproof and should be brought inside or put into an appropriate cushion box. Avoid leaving the parasol in the parasol hole when not in use as this can damage both the parasol and the table.
To protect your furniture longevity, we recommend a regular application of polyurethane varnish. To clean the set, do not use any chemicals or detergents. Instead use soap and water with a soft cloth. we strongly recommend when not in use all furniture should be covered by the appropriate cover. Pavilion Guarantee:
Our Pavilion range are semi permanent structures and primarily used as sunshades. Please note that whilst showerproof, there may be water penetration if left up permanently. Subject to extreme weather e.g storms pavilions will damage.
Parasol Guarantee:
Parasols are not waterproof and must be correctly secured before use. Parasols should never be left up in windy or inclement weather conditions. We advise that you close your parasol when not in use. Due to risk of damage and/or over tightening of parasols are not covered in our warranty. Avoid leaving the parasol in the parasol hole when not in use as this can damage both the parasol and the table.
